For parents of experienced and independent senior students who are already confident in boarding life and in managing their studies, and who need lighter-touch support because they are familiar with how to navigate situations in the UK.

In emergency situations, the guardian stays in contact with the student, parents, host family, and school 24/7.

Emergency situation:

  1. Student expulsion from school.
    Under the Essential Package, parents additionally cover the arrangement of a host family and student transfer.

  2. The student sustains an injury requiring hospitalisation.
    The school informs the guardian about the emergency.

  3. Flight/transfer cancellation or student missing the flight.

The Student Handbook explains boarding and school behaviour rules.

We also guide parents through practical examples, including:
  • how boarding works
  • what a student’s day looks like
  • how the first arrival in September will be organised
  • how the school ensures student safety
  • how the school and the UK medical system work
  • how the British education and assessment systems are structured, etc.
 

Arranging transfers for holidays, exeats, or to the host family at the parents’ request.

We help arrange transfers for holidays, exeats, or to a host family when needed.
We provide recommendations and professional advice on when, what type of transfer, and how to book safe transportation for children under 18.

Important: transport costs are paid additionally by parents or deducted from the deposit.

Arranging host family accommodation during holidays or exeats at the parents’ request.

We stay in contact with the student and the host family throughout the stay.

Important: accommodation costs are paid additionally.
For the Essential package, arranging a host family is £50.

Arranging Host Family accommodation at the parents’ request and providing guidance on the use of public transport.

We advise parents on booking public transport tickets and provide practical guidance on how public transport works in the UK.

Guidance and coordination support in relation to student travel within the UK during the school year.

Includes visiting friends, attending entrance exams, consultations, etc.

Important: guardian-accompanied travel is billed additionally.

Guidance and practical support with organising parents’ travel to the UK.

We provide guidance and practical support in organising parents’ trips to the UK when visiting their child at school.

Guidance and practical support with arranging autumn and spring Half Term and school holiday periods in the UK.

We provide guidance and practical support in planning Half Term breaks and school holidays in the UK, including programme and camp options, if the student is not travelling home.

Review of school reports and explanation of academic progress

We analyse academic reports 6 times a year, including Half Term reports (depending on the school’s reporting schedule).
We provide detailed explanations upon parent request.
 
Includes:

Communication with subject teachers / tutor

We communicate with teachers or the tutor (depending on the school) to obtain accurate information about the student’s performance if questions arise during report analysis.

If needed, we organise an online meeting with parents and the student to discuss results.

Guidance on subject selection and admissions strategy

We help plan the student’s future educational pathway based on academic data, current progress, future goals, ambitions, and parent expectations.

We may involve external experts from related fields:
higher education advisers, medical education experts, TOP-10 university admissions specialists, career advisors, subject selection guidance for A Level / IB.

Recommendations and tutor search

We provide recommendations and help find tutors that meet the requirements of the British curriculum.
We maintain communication with tutors and monitor progress.

Attending parent-teacher meetings online

We attend online parent-teacher meetings (according to the school schedule) and prepare written and verbal feedback reports.
