At Maryna Jenkins Limited, we deliver eBooks electronically. Once the full payment is received, the eBook(s) will be sent to the email address you provide during the checkout process.
Payment and Order Processing
- eBooks are available for immediate delivery after the payment is successfully processed.
- Please ensure that the email address you provide at checkout is accurate, as this is where the eBook will be delivered.
- We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete email addresses provided during the order process.
Delivery Time
After successful payment, your eBook will typically be delivered within a few minutes. However, in rare cases, it may take up to 24 hours due to unforeseen technical issues.
Non-Delivery Issues

Changes to Email Address
If you need to update the email address for your eBook delivery after placing an order, please contact us immediately. Changes can only be made before the eBook has been delivered.
Refunds and Cancellations
Due to the nature of digital products, once the eBook has been delivered, no refunds or cancellations can be made, except where required by law.
